Emma Thom
Emma is a qualified Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapist (Pg. Dip) and Psychological Therapist (Pg. Cert), (University of Exeter). She has also completed training to teach the Mindfulness in Schools Programme to adolescents.
Emma is currently involved in developing a low-high intensity Mindfulness Based programmes for parents with young people with depression and anxiety involved in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, NHS and teaches programmes to parents. In addition to this Emma teaches courses to the general public and NHS staff and has completed training at Oxford University to teach the mindfulness in the workplace curriculum; Finding Peace in a Frantic World.
Emma is passionate about supporting the development of mindfulness programmes to families, young people and the services that support them.
