What we offer:
We offer a variety of private and grant funded mindfulness based courses based on mindfulness or a particular theme as well as serving the general public at large.
We offer a variety of:
1:1 sessions,
Information workshops,
Bespoke workshops,
Mindfulness Courses
Retreat Days and Weekends
All of which can be tailor made to the specific needs of the group and delivered in a variety of venues within Bristol and the South West.  
We offer ongoing support for those that have completed mindfulness courses in the form of monthly Top Up Sessions and Mindful Retreat Days each year.

Finally we are involved in running annual Moments of Mass Mindfulness in connection with Mental Health Awareness Week.
