Donna Person
Donna has been working with families since 2002 supporting their social and emotional well being and mental health. Donna also assesses the mental health of individuals in order to make appropriate referrals to help people out of homelessness.
Donna has trained as a facilitator in parenting courses (PPAP, Freedom Programme, Solihull, Watch, wait and wonder) and has developed and delivered training to staff and other professionals.
Donna received her Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction/Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy training with Bangor University Teacher Training Programme in early 2014 (Levels 1 and 2).
Donna is a qualified integrative counsellor and experienced mindfulness teacher based in Clifton, Bristol.
She can offer you a warm, open and peaceful space to gently explore the places in your life that feel disconnected. Exploring the impact of your suffering on your emotional, mental and physical health and wellbeing in an embodied way supports a reconnection and ability to hear the wisdom of your body which brings about the healing and freedom you desire.
She has worked with individuals and groups supporting a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, OCD, PTSD, enduring physical conditions, Cancer, Post-Natal Depression, self harm, attachment disorder, dissociative disorders and domestic abuse.
