Wellbeing and Rewilding Days

Retreat Days and Weekends

Woodland Wellness Retreat Days

We are very excited to be offering a couple of dates for our new Woodland Wellness Retreats which will take place in a 12 acre wood just outside Bruton.

These will be days to support your wellbeing through connecting with nature, mindfulness based practices along with some well earned 'me time' to explore whatever you wish!

Our next Woodland Rewilding and Wellness Day will take place on:

Sunday 22nd September from 1.30 - 4.30

All of these are taking place at the Pink Wood near Bruton.

The cost for the full day is £40 (waged) or £25 (unwaged).

Please book a place on the retreat days for parents via the Eventbrite link.

We are also connecting with Bristol Mindfulness Teachers to run further retreat days for anyone who has completed the 8-week MBSR course (or similar) and offers valuable support for continuing and deepening practice.

There are Mindfulness Retreat Days on the following dates:

Date to be confirmed

10.30 am - 4.30 pm

We will provide drinks and snacks.

Cost for the full day is £30 and £20 for the half day.

These days are open to anyone who has completed an eight-week mindfulness based course or who has a regular mindfulness-based practice.

It gives participants an opportunity to reconnect with themselves, the practices learned on the course and to embed the practices more fully into an everyday routine.

The days usually run from10.30am till 4.30 pm although there is the option to just stay for the morning (1.30pm).

During the day we have a shared lunch so ask participants to bring a dish to share if you can (labelled if possible).

We also spend some time outside (weather permitting), so please bring outdoor gear as well as a mat, cushion and blanket to be comfortable inside as well.

We also hold retreat days on specific topics to help support and deepen our practice.
