Mindful Retreat Days

As the Covid Restrictions ease from 17th May 2021, we are planning to hold two in person Retreat Days this Summer.

Our next Mindfulness Retreat Day takes place on:

Sunday 14th November 10.30 - 4.30 at Doynton Village Hall - open to anyone who has completed a course or who has a regular contemplative practice.

Suitable for anyone who has completed the 8-week MBSR course (or similar) this gentle retreat offers valuable support for continuing and deepening practice.

Bring a vegetarian lunch to share, we'll provide drinks and snacks. £30.  

We are taking bookings for this day (£30) so please get in touch if you would like to reserve a place or book a place for the above day(s).

We hold Mindfulness Retreat Days three to four times a year.

These days are open to anyone who has completed an eight-week mindfulness based course or who has a regular mindfulness-based practice.

It gives participants an opportunity to reconnect with themselves, the practices learned on the course and to embed the practices more fully into an everyday routine.

These days often take place in a venue in the countryside near Bristol to enable participants to connect with nature and escape the urbanised area of Bristol.  We like to find tranquil venues that enable some time to be spent outside to connecting with the surround natural environment.

If you have done a course through us, then you can attend one retreat day free as part of that course.  After that you can continue to attend the retreat days but there is a charge.  Please see the booking info for more details.

The days run from10.30am till 4.30 pm although there is the option to just stay for the morning (1.30pm).


During the day we have a shared lunch so ask participants to bring a dish to share if you can (labelled if possible).


We also spend some time outside (weather permitting), so please bring outdoor gear as well as a mat, cushion and blanket to be comfortable inside as well.

We also hold retreat days on specific topics to help support and deepen our practice.
