Managing Big Emotions - Online
This four week online course will support you to delve deeper into emotions, what they point to, how you can be with them and address them more effectively.
You will explore how all emotions are useful pointers to whether our needs are being met or not.
Through mindfulness practice, you will learn how to be with strong emotions and explore them with curiosity and kindness.
You will therefore develop attitudes of tenderness and kindness to yourself as well as others.
The course runs from the 23rd February until the 22nd March (no session on the 15th March) and takes place via Zoom.
Cost: We ask for £100 booking fee with additional donation at the end of the course that fits your budget.
