Managing Big Emotions within the Family - Online Workshops

These online workshops will support you to delve deeper into emotions, what they point to, how you can be with them and address them more effectively within your family.

You will explore how all emotions are useful pointers to whether our needs are being met or not.

Through mindfulness practice, you will learn how to be with strong emotions and explore them with curiosity and kindness.

You will therefore develop attitudes of tenderness and kindness to yourself as well as others.

March we are exploring Managing Difficult Behaviour.  

April we will be looking at Developing Emotional Resilience

May is all about Managing Conflict within the Family

June we will be exploring how to set Limits from a place of Love

July is about how to better manage Teens and Tweens.
