Presenting at the IV International Congress in Coimbra, Portugal

Claire-Louise and Donna (our two founding members) are excited to be departing for IV International Congress in Coimbra in Portugal at the end of this month to present an abstract of our grant funded work with marginalised families who live in the more deprived areas of the city.  We are really looking forward to present information about our work, but also to learn from others and to be able to make connections with others who are working in this field.

We are very pleased to have made connections with the Psychology Department of the University of Coimbra who are interested in our work with Adoptive Parents and our experience of delivering the Mindful Parenting Programme developed by Susan Bogels.

Social Media

We have recently set up a Blog to support with hints and tips on how to keep grounded during turbulent times within the family.

We have also created a YouTube Channel where you can subscribe and be kept up to date with our regular online tutoring, live sessions, video clips and tips.

We want to be able to serve the community at large through mindfulness to ensure we can remain grounded, healthy and well during times that may feel difficult, isolating and confusing.
