Current Top Up Sessions
Since COVID, we have joined a collective of Bristol Mindfulness Practitioners to create Bristol Mindfulness - a collective of Mindfulness Practitioners who all meet the BAMBA Good Practice Guidelines regarding teaching mindfulness.
We are offering support sessions to anyone who has completed an 8 week mindfulness course, who has a regular contemplative practice or who is interested in starting/developing one.
These sessions take place bi monthly (1st Monday and 3rd Wednesday of the month) to meet the differing needs of the public. They are run on a donation on the night basis so please donate whatever you can.
The Mindfulness Support Sessions are taking place as follows:
Online on the 1st Monday and 3rd Wednesday of each month during the evenings from 7.45 - 8.30pm. This will take place online via the zoom. Please call or text Claire-Lousie on 07949399633 to get the link.
