Current Top Up Sessions

 

Mindful Support Sessions 

Since COVID, we have joined a collective of Bristol Mindfulness Practitioners to create Bristol Mindfulnessa collective of Mindfulness Practitioners who all meet the BAMBA Good Practice Guidelines regarding teaching mindfulness.

 

We are offering support sessions to anyone who has completed an 8 week mindfulness course, who has a regular contemplative practice or who is interested in starting/developing one.  

 

These sessions take place weekly (Thursday nights) and monthly (2nd Wednesday of the month) to meet the differing needs of the public.  They are run on a donation on the night basis so please donate whatever you can.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Mindfulness Support Sessions are taking place as follows:
