Current Top Up Sessions
Since COVID, we have joined a collective of Bristol Mindfulness Practitioners to create Bristol Mindfulness - a collective of Mindfulness Practitioners who all meet the BAMBA Good Practice Guidelines regarding teaching mindfulness.
We are offering support sessions to anyone who has completed an 8 week mindfulness course, who has a regular contemplative practice or who is interested in starting/developing one.
These sessions take place monthly to meet the differing needs of the public. You can book on via Eventbrite and donate whatever you can.
The Mindfulness Support Sessions are taking place as follows:
The first Wednesday of each month during the evenings from 7-7.45pm. Book these monthly sessions here.
You can also join for 30 mins every Thursday at 8pm with Suzanne and you can book these weekly sessions here.
